Payment Information

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

No. There will be no payment of import tax on the Cool BRAH! Store; however, you-as the customer-are the importer of record, and you MUST comply with all rules and regulations of your destination country. Orders shipped depending on the country may be subject to import tax, which is levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.

Refunds and Exchange Information

My package is missing or damaged, can I get a refund?

We have a 90-day risk free refund policy, if your package is missing or damaged on arrival, you can request a refund within 90 days after the purchase. The Cool BRAH! Store will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have errored. For example: if we were to send you the incorrect order. This excludes damages caused by accidents or product got stolen. Also, shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.
